Associates Information

The rights and obligations of Associates are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Associate Status updated 6th January 2025.  As is the case with tanker owner Members, the P&I Clubs and other third party liability insurers enter Associates and pay the appropriate dues to ITOPF on their shipowner's behalf (for 2025/2026 these dues are calculated at the rate of 0.67 of a UK penny per gross ton). There is no Administration Fee. Associate due are not pro-rated.
