Our Awards

This award recognises ITOPF's contribution towards protecting the environment during a marine casualty or wreck removal situation.

ITOPF scooped 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize for its films "Introduction to Oil Spills", "Aerial Surveillance" and "At-Sea Response" at the film festival held alongside IOSC in Savannah, May 2014. 

ITOPF was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award in the 11th Annual International Business Awards in August 2014. It received the Award in the "training" category for its seven part film series "Response to Marine Oil Spills."

This was presented to ITOPF in recognition of our work towards preserving the marine environment.

ITOPF received this award in recognition of its “holistic and proactive approach” to ship-source pollution.  

ITOPF won this award for providing outstanding services for the benefit of the marine environment. The Award included prize money of $100,000 which was used to fund research and development activities.
