Shlo Kuttner

Shlo joined ITOPF in January 2025. She holds a BSc in Zoology and Ecology and an MSc in Environment and Sustainability, with specialisations in leadership for sustainable development and behaviour change.

Before joining ITOPF, Shlo worked in local government providing strategic sustainability advice and helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across operations and communities. Prior to this, she worked as a consultant where she provided specialist support on circular economy projects, waste schemes and sustainability strategies for a range of organisations. She also has experience working in behaviour change research and assisting professionals to apply behaviour change campaigns to complex sustainability challenges.

Shlo will be working on internal ESG and sustainability at ITOPF and providing support on external projects.
