Dr Mark Whittington is one of the presenters at the Asian Marine Casualty Forum, organised by LOC and held in conjunction with Singapore Maritime Week. The theme of this year's event is "Risks, rewards, response and results in the life and times of a casualty - the industry decides". Mark will be speaking on "Wreck removal - challenges to the technical approach".
