ECM Exercise, Rome, Italy, 15-17 June 2016

Nicky Cariglia is taking part in an exercise run by ECM Maritime Services, one of a number of exercises they run to ensure that their clients remain in compliance with the drill and exercise requirements of the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 and various state regulations.

Nicky will role-play ITOPF's role during the exercise, working with the ECM spill management team and the operator. She will also be making a presentation.
