Franck Laruelle is one of the trainers at the<link http: www.giwacaf.net en external-link-new-window external link in new> GIWACAF (the Global Initiative for West, Central and Southern Africa) national workshop on waste management in Gabon hosted by the Ministry of Forestry, Economy, Fishing and Environment.
The objectives of the workshop are to: -
Provide delegates with the essential technical and regulatory knowledge and best practices to establish and manage effective waste management operations
Provide training of relevant national authorities on the waste management as a function of an effective response to a marine oil spill.
