Dr Nicola Beer is one of the trainers at the Regional Training & Exercise for Oil Spill Preparedness and Response in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This is being organised under the South Asia Cooperative Environment Programme (SACEP) with the aim of enhancing regional co-operation mechanisms on marine pollution preparedness and response.
