Sub-Regional Level 2 IMO Training Course on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Co-operation, Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, 15-18 November 2016

Dr Franck Laruelle is one of the trainers at an IMO Level II training course in Guadeloupe, organised by RAC REMPEITC Caribe. Franck will be giving presentations on oil spill response options and assisting with an exercise during the 4-day course.
