ITOPF Handbook 2022 just published

ITOPF has just published its annual Handbook for 2022/23. This contains a wealth of valuable information and guidance for those likely to be involved in spills of oil, chemicals or other substances from ships.

The new edition includes updated oil spill statistics and a revised section on different types of marine spills, as well as regular features on ITOPF’s staffing and services; the fate and effects of oil; clean-up techniques; and pollution liability and compensation.
