ITOPF welcomes Kim and Milena

ITOPF is delighted to welcome two new members to its team in Milena Devine and Kim West, both join the team as Workplace Coordinators.

Milena joined in December 2023 having previously worked in hotel and office administration for more than 10 years.

Kim started her career as a medical secretary before moving to corporate finance. For 20 years she worked in childcare and for a company of transcribers, typing court tapes and assisting with making notes for their transcripts.  Latterly, she worked in the leisure industry as a receptionist before joining the team at ITOPF as a Workplace Coordinator in November 2023 .

In this role, they are responsible for facilitating an inspiring and efficient workplace environment for visitors and colleagues by supporting a well-considered front of house function, dynamic workspace, ordered facilities, and team engagement activities.
