ITOPF welcomes Lynn Leslie and Khalish Ideris

We are delighted to welcome two new members to the ITOPF Team in Lynn Leslie and Khalish Ideris.

Lynn joins us as Payroll & Benefits Adviser and has a BA in economics and an MA in human resource management. She previously worked in HR roles, with experience in managing payroll and employee benefits.

Lynn is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation for the UK payroll, supporting the international payroll, and for reviewing and implementing employee benefits provision.

Khalish joined ITOPF as a Technical Adviser in August 2024. She holds a BSc and MSc in biology with a minor in environmental studies.

Before joining ITOPF, Khalish spent more than five years working in environmental consultancy within the oil and gas sector across Brunei, Malaysia and Singapore. Her experience includes co-authoring impact assessment reports and other specialised environmental reports, primarily focusing on marine systems. She is also skilled in field data collection and biodiversity surveys. Her project management experience includes drafting national waste management regulations and verifying national greenhouse gas inventories.

Prior to her consultancy work, Khalish was involved in peatland ecological research with Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) and the Singapore-Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) which involved collecting field data at remote locations within Borneo.
