ITOPF welcomes three new team members

ITOPF has welcomed three new team members across three different roles in its People & Culture, Technical, and ESG project teams.

Amy Stephenson joined ITOPF in February 2025, after supporting the company on a temporary basis for 12 months as a People & Culture Adviser. Amy holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Human Resources) and previously has worked in HR in both the profit and not-for-profit sector. Her role covers a range of diverse HR topics including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement, recognition, DEI, policy and system development.

Shlo joined ITOPF in January 2025. She holds a BSc in Zoology and Ecology and an MSc in Environment and Sustainability, with specialisations in leadership for sustainable development and behaviour change. Before joining ITOPF, Shlo worked in local government providing strategic sustainability advice and helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across operations and communities. Shlo will be working on internal ESG and sustainability at ITOPF and providing support on external projects.

Pippa joined ITOPF as a Technical Adviser in February 2025 and holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine Biology and Oceanography and a MSc in International Marine Environmental Consultancy from Newcastle University. Prior to joining the company, Pippa was a Senior Consultant specialising in the sustainable management of aquatic resources and contributed to a range of fisheries-related initiatives, including the assessment of ship-source spills and vessel groundings on fisheries and aquaculture systems to inform damage evaluations and claims analyses.
