New edition of Ocean Orbit published

ITOPF has just published its annual newsletter for 2016. Alongside the regular round-up of spills and other activities ITOPF has been involved with, this issue highlights spill preparedness and response in Brazil, takes a look at the controversy surrounding dispersants, sharing ITOPF's viewpoint, presents an infographic describing who's who at an oil spill and features interviews with staff who are marking milestone anniversaries with the Federation.
