New member of the technical team

ITOPF has welcomed Natálie Kirk to the team as Technical Adviser. 

Natálie has a BSc in earth sciences and a GradDip in economics. She previously worked as an oil spill responder, deploying to and providing remote assistance on a number of spills in the UK and abroad. As a spill responder, Natálie was also involved in planning deployment exercises with a range of oil spill response equipment; developing contingency plans for West Africa-based oil production operations; and delivering IMO accredited courses. Prior to this, Natálie worked as a consultant for a natural resource governance institute in Myanmar, and as a financial analyst for an oil major.
