New staff

We have recently welcomed two new members of staff to the team. Dr Conor Bolas (pictured left) joined ITOPF in April 2019 as a Technical Adviser. Conor holds an MChem in Chemistry and a PhD in Atmospheric and Analytical Chemistry.  He has previous experience of research projects in remediating groundwater contaminated with radioactive ions, anti-corrosion coatings and synthetic pharmaceutical chemistry.

Alan Smith joined ITOPF as IT Systems Manager in March. Alan has worked in IT for over 20 years in a variety of companies from SME to enterprise and is responsible for developing and supporting ITOPF’s information systems.
